The Sulphur, Heptagenia Sulphurea, is a remarkable fly. She is Lady Sulphur of the Stream.  The shiny yellow color on both wings and body makes the lady of the stream stand out from the rest. The Sulphur is also among the largest of the mayflies. You’re never in doubt when the yellow ladycomes sailing towards you.
